Our Customer Service Training is a half day course suitable for any employees who deal with internal or external clients. Whether you are an office premises, public service or shop excellent customer service skills go a long way to promoting your business.

Customer Service Training will ensure your employees are aware of how customer service can impact on your business, how to deal with confrontation and to have tools to diffuse negative situations. The course also covers dealing with customers in a friendly manner whilst staying professional.

The course is delivered in an interactive way with group work and discussion.
